HVAC parts/supplies

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking bids for a Blanket Purchase Order for HVAC parts/supplies and HVAC Tools for emergency-repair/work orders of HVAC Systems within 50 miles from the Mexia State Supported Living Center. The contract will provide required heating/cooling for the facility/residents. Bidders must submit a comprehensive Response which includes all required information and documentation as outlined in the IFB. • The IFB includes the following items: PCS 137 IFB, Exhibit A – HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Exhibit B – PCS 111-Contract Affirmations and HHS Uniform Terms and Conditions (UTCs), Exhibit C – Pricing Sheet, Exhibit D – HHS Online Bid Room Information, and Exhibit D-1 – PCS Map. • The estimated historical spend for the same or similar goods or services is $50,000.00. • The contract term may include renewal or extension periods. • Bidders must submit a Response at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their Response is submitted in accordance with all IFB requirements.
