CMPRO Software and Support

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for CMPRO software and support. The software is currently being used by one of their sponsors and is a Program of Record tool for Littoral Combat Systems (LCS) Mission Modules. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order to Professional System Associates, Inc. using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a sole-source basis to Professional System Associates (PMA). • The basis for restricting competition is that PMA is the only source of the required items, with no compatible material on the market. • The NSWCCD requires Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO) Standard Product Maintenance for renewal of the current CMPRO license. • The requirement includes Standard Product Support by PSA and CMPRO Inventory/Production Module.
