Description
The United States Navy is seeking a Handheld Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) Analyzer with associated equipment and services. The product must support the analysis of carbon steel, low alloy steel, and stainless steel. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
