The Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive lawn and grounds maintenance services for its Montgomery facility for a one‑year period. The scope includes regular mowing, trimming, edging, debris removal, weed control, shrub pruning, and seasonal mulching, with the expectation that the vendor maintains appropriate liability insurance and bonding.
• Cut and trim grass throughout the growing season; edge all walkways and concrete areas.
• Blow off decks and concrete areas twice monthly year‑round; remove leaves, trash, and debris twice monthly.
• Control weeds in mulched shrub beds; prune shrubbery four times annually (or as needed).
• Apply fresh mulch in spring and perform seasonal clean‑up.
• Vendor must carry liability insurance, be bonded, and provide proof of coverage prior to award.
