Description
The project involves replacing wiring harnesses on both circuits of a York chiller, replacing drain and feed valves, and replacing oil separator sight glasses. The contractor will be required to remove refrigerant, perform repairs, and recharge the system. The contract is expected to be a firm fixed-price contract, and quotations will be evaluated based on low cost and technical acceptability.
• The contractor must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• The contractor must provide vendor paperwork to be set up in the accounting system.
• The contract will be awarded on behalf of the Government.
• The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act and provide employees with paid sick leave, holidays, and vacation time.
• The contractor must pay employees at least the minimum wage rate required under Executive Order 14026 or Executive Order 13658.
