Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to relocate the Infusion Clinic and Hemo offices at the Cincinnati VA. The project involves renovating approximately 2,056 gross square feet of Building No 1, including general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology trades. The work also includes asbestos and lead-based paint abatement.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, materials, permits, labor, and supervision to complete the project.
• The project requires coordination with the VA and other stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies.
• The project includes the renovation of the 4 East area, including the relocation of the infusion clinic and Hemo offices.
