Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a sole source contract to Testek Solutions for the troubleshooting and diagnostics of a hydraulic test stand. The test stand is used by the Assault Craft Unit FIVE (ACU-5) to test relief valves on Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) engines. The contractor will provide a certified fluid power technician and specialized diagnostic tooling to identify mechanical, electrical, or fluid power faults and determine the exact replacement parts needed to repair the test stand.
• The contractor will perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics for a period of 5 consecutive calendar days.
• The contractor will submit a formal Condition Found Report (CFR) / Diagnostic Summary within 5 business days after completion of on-site troubleshooting.
• The contractor must comply with all Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton security, badging, and installation access requirements.
