Description
The US Navy is seeking a qualified contractor to provide rental, delivery, set-up, and pickup of magnetometers for the Maryland Fleet Week and Airshow Baltimore event at Martin State Airport. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, and services to support the event. The period of performance is from June 26 to June 29, 2026. The contractor will need to provide walkthrough metal detectors, hand-held security wands, pocket item trays, floor mats, and security notice signs. The contractor will also be responsible for delivering, installing, calibrating, and removing the equipment.
• The contractor must provide operators for the equipment.
• The contractor must ensure that all equipment is delivered and set up by 0700 on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
• The contractor must remove all equipment by 0800 on Monday, June 29, 2026.
• The contractor must comply with all US Navy rules, regulations, and training applicable to conduct, safety, security, and procedures governing site entry and exit.
