Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to replace carpet flooring at their Facilities Design & Construction Center (FD&CC) Seattle offices. The project involves removing and replacing approximately 7,422 square feet of carpet tile, as well as removing and replacing rubber wall base. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals for the project. The government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project.
• The project requires the removal and disposal of existing carpet tiles and the installation of new carpet tiles.
• The contractor must provide a detailed price breakdown for the total firm-fixed-price bid.
• The contractor must also provide a technical proposal that demonstrates their understanding of and ability to meet the requirements of the statement of work.
• The project schedule must be completed within 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
