Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a Mathworks Enterprise License Agreement. The proposed contract action is for the supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Raytheon Company, under the authority of 10 USC 3205(a)(2). The contract is for a period of 11 months, from 31 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. The contractor will provide an Enterprise Desktop and Server Program License.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
• The contractor will provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty with its offer.
• The Government reserves the right to administratively substitute any of the points of contact listed at any time.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
