FLOORING REPLACEMENT, THERMOPOLIS, WYOMING

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the replacement of flooring at their Thermopolis location. The project involves the removal of existing carpet and vinyl cove moulding, preparation of the subfloor, and installation of new carpet tiles and cove base. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for priority 1 spaces and additional prices for priority 2 spaces. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference attendance. • The contractor must remove all existing glue-down commercial carpeting and vinyl cove moulding. • The contractor must prepare the subfloor by scraping or grinding the floor to remove existing glue ridges and residue. • The contractor must install new carpet tiles and cove base in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. • The contractor must provide a one-year written warranty covering defects in installation.
