Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center is seeking bids from an HVAC contractor to conduct upgrades to an existing IT server room. The project includes the demolition of the existing condensing units and installation of a new UPS and two CRAC units. The goal is to perform the work with minimal interruption to building operations and occupants. The contractor must have experience in similar projects and meet specific requirements, including bonding capability and attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference.
