Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for a Blanket Order Contract to provide Limestone as specified for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. The initial contract period will be from the date of award to June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The contract is for the provision of #57 Limestone to cover approximately 5.5 miles of road in the Alexander State Forest, located in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. The limestone shall be spread 14 feet wide and 2-4 inches deep by delivery truck, and the price shall include furnish and tailgate spread.
• The contract is for a total quantity of 2,320 tons of limestone.
• The delivery terms are 5 days after receipt of order, with the agency contacting the vendor at least 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date with quantities and date of delivery.
• The bid prices must be complete, including transportation prepaid by the bidder to the destination, and firm for a minimum of 30 days.
• The bid prices should be quoted in the unit (each, ton, etc.) as specified in the solicitation.
