Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Emergency Generator Preventative Maintenance

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services and monthly Start-up Services for USU's Caterpillar emergency generators. The contract will be for one base year and up to four 12-month option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing emergency power to all buildings on the main campus and Building 53 in the event of a power outage. • The contract is for a firm-fixed-price. • The contract is for one base year and up to four 12-month option years. • The contractor will provide annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services and monthly Start-up Services. • The contractor must be authorized to perform services on Caterpillar emergency generators in the Washington-Baltimore region.
