Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Based on typical county funding for peer‑support drop‑in centers—often ranging from $200K to $500K per year for staffing, space, and program costs—a five‑year contract could be expected to fall between $1 million and $2.5 million. Larger budgets may be required if the county opts for expanded services (e.g., transportation, equipment, extensive case management), pushing the high end toward $5 million. Therefore, a reasonable estimate is $1 M–$5 M over the full term.
