The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is seeking a contractor‑owned, contractor‑operated (COCO) provider to deliver 24/7 alongside aircraft refueling services at Maks Army Airfield, LA. The work includes receipt, storage, quality‑controlled handling, and issuance of Jet Fuel F‑24 to both stationed and transient aircraft, with a requirement to maintain continuous service, surge capability for two aircraft simultaneously, and strict compliance with safety, security, environmental, and reporting standards. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with a four‑year base period, a five‑year option, and a possible six‑month extension, and will be awarded to up to two contractors.
