Clinical Quality Management

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity is seeking to procure Clinical Quality Management (CQM) Support Services through a competitive 8(a) contract. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods, and the option to extend up to six months. The CQM services will include operational support, analytical, programmatic, technical, healthcare management, and execution support to the CQM Branch programs. The contractor will provide specialized expertise in healthcare risk management, clinical measurement, performance improvement, accreditation and compliance, credentialing and privileging, and clinical quality/safety. • The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. • The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611, with a Small Business Size Standard of $24.5M. • Interested vendors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. • The RFP will be posted on GSA e-Buy for a minimum of 30 days, and interested vendors should monitor the site frequently for updates and/or amendments.
