The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive sealed bids for an annual contract (with up to four renewal options) to provide comprehensive general facilities maintenance and painting services across county‑owned facilities. The work includes interior and exterior painting of a wide variety of structures (score booths, dugouts, poles, doors, metal roofs, etc.), surface preparation (pressure washing, sandblasting, caulking), and on‑demand general maintenance (carpentry, minor concrete, masonry, trim, decking, small‑scale remodels ≤2,500 sf). Vendors must respond to service requests within five business days, may use pre‑approved subcontractors (≤75 % of work), and must meet insurance, licensing, and OSHA requirements.
