Description
The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance intends to enter into a Purchase Order Agreement under its discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Procurement Guidelines with Costar Realty Information Inc. for the procurement of a software product that will be used to produce valuation documents for commercial appraisals. This is a purchase with Costar Realty Information Inc. and is not an open solicitation for bids or quotes. This posting is intended solely to fulfill the requirement for giving public notice of a discretionary purchase in excess of $50,000.00.
The software product being purchased provides unique, comprehensive data used for commercial appraisals.
