Replace HVAC Systems, 21 Buildings, 13100 Block FSGA

The US Army is seeking a contractor to replace the existing HVAC systems in 21 buildings at the Land Dominance Center, Fort Stewart, GA. The project includes the removal and replacement of air handlers, natural gas furnaces, condensers, and other related equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for installing new electrical disconnects, thermostats, and condensate piping, as well as repairing and replacing existing ductwork and insulation. The project must be completed within 210 calendar days after the proceed notification. • Replace existing HVAC systems with new 5 Ton units • Install new electrical disconnects, thermostats, and condensate piping • Repair and replace existing ductwork and insulation • Install new refrigerant tubing, filter dryers, and sight glasses • Provide and install new GFIC outlets and equipment stands • Submit operating and maintenance manuals for approval
