Temporary Ferry Dock Installation – North Yacht Basin

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a contractor to provide and install a temporary floating dock structure, including a 4-foot by 50-foot gangway, at the North Yacht Basin. The dock will be used to support the resumption of the Cross Bay Ferry service, which is expected to resume as early as Spring 2026. The contractor will be responsible for designing, delivering, and installing the dock, as well as providing a one-year manufacturer's and contractor's warranty. The project must be completed by May 15, 2026. Some key aspects of the project include: * The dock must be designed to accommodate a 10' tidal surge in addition to mean high tide without exceeding the height of the spuds. * The gangway/dock interaction must be able to withstand a 10' tidal surge. * The contractor must provide a detailed schedule and timeline for the project. * The contractor must provide a list of reference projects and licenses. * The contractor must have experience with similar projects and have the necessary personnel and equipment to complete the project.
