Budget estimate

$80,000 – $200,000

Based on typical market prices for a high‑performance 2‑port Vector Network Analyzer (often $70‑150 k) plus the K Precision AutoCal module (~$15‑30 k), power supplies and cords (~$2‑5 k each), and a calibration module (~$10‑20 k), the total contract value is likely in the low‑to‑mid six‑figure range. Smaller accessories add modest cost, while the firm‑fixed‑price structure and single‑unit quantity keep the ceiling well below $250 k. Therefore a reasonable estimate is $80 k to $200 k.
