Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide entrance mats rental and cleaning services at the Coatesville VAMC. The contractor will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and replacing all mats throughout the facility. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for the services.
• The contractor must provide all labor and equipment necessary to perform the services.
• The contractor must collect, clean, sanitize, and replace all mats on a weekly basis.
• The contractor must provide mats that meet the specified requirements, including static control, primary backing, rubber backing, flammability, and color.
• The contractor must provide services between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Tuesday of each week, except when a Federal holiday falls on said day.
