Senior Supportive Housing at former La Quinta

The project involves making minor repairs to the Senior Supportive Housing facility at the former La Quinta location. The scope of work includes fabricating and installing handrails, repairing damaged concrete, repairing and painting walls and ceilings, repairing flooring, and other tasks. The contractor must complete the work within 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The project requires a certificate of occupancy or completion prior to final payment. • The contractor must provide a construction schedule and coordinate with the project manager. • The contractor must protect all workers, staff, and the general public from injury. • The contractor must conduct all work to cause the least interference possible with the normal activities of the facility and surrounding areas. • The contractor must remove all waste materials, tools, and equipment from the job site daily and thoroughly clean the entire job area prior to requesting final inspection.
