Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Lynx Services, including the replacement of the Lynx Server and installation of a wireless duress system. The contractor will also provide technical support and software updates for the VA Bedford Duress and Mass Notification System. The system is used on over 1,750 computers for duress and emergency alerts. The contractor must have experience with Micro Technology Services LYNX Alarm and its components.
Key requirements include:
* Replacement of Lynx Server and installation of wireless duress system
* Technical support and software updates for VA Bedford Duress and Mass Notification System
* Experience with Micro Technology Services LYNX Alarm and its components
* Compliance with VA security management program and infection control regulations
* Provision of training for MVAMC personnel
