Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking information on a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) case management system replacement. The system should provide a secure, user-friendly interface for tracking and storing documents and related metadata, including reviewer identification, document topical area, and relative dates related to the review of the respective document. The system should also support real-time access, data integrity and confidentiality, workflow automation, comprehensive search, document management, and audit trail.
