AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES (AHSC) ROUND 5- PARKVIEW STI AND TRA IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Round 5 - Parkview Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure (STI) and Transportation Related Amenities (TRA) Improvements project. The project aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve mobility by providing sustainable transportation infrastructure and transportation-related amenities. The scope of work includes sidewalk and curb ramp replacements and upgrades, addition of a neighborhood traffic circle, curb extensions and crosswalks, addition of Class III bicycle lanes, addition of traffic signals, lighting and signage, addition of street trees, bus shelters, and lighting upgrades. The contractor must possess a valid State of California Contractor's License Classification of "A" at the time of bid. • The project is subject to the provisions of the Department of Public Works Project Labor Agreement. • The project is subject to the provisions of the City's Local Business Preference Program. • The bid documents can be obtained from the City of Los Angeles Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (www.RAMPLA.org). • The bid due date is December 17, 2025. • The project is part of the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) state grant Round 5.
