Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide comprehensive janitorial services at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. The contractor will be responsible for daily cleaning of public restrooms, the administration building, and the maintenance complex, including waste removal, restroom supply replenishment, floor care, and semi‑annual deep‑cleaning for Veterans Day and Memorial Day. The contract includes a base year plus up to four one‑year options, with a possible six‑month extension clause, and requires adherence to a dignity clause protecting headstones and markers.
• Daily cleaning of restrooms, offices, and maintenance areas (Monday‑Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.)
• Holiday cleaning (public restroom only) for up to 11 federal holidays per year
• Semi‑annual deep‑cleaning events on Veterans Day and Memorial Day
• Mandatory submission of technical, administrative, and pricing volumes, including proof of prior janitorial experience and subcontractor information
• Contract is set‑aside to SDVOSB firms; all work must be performed under a firm‑fixed‑price arrangement
