The South Dakota Department of the Military is seeking an Architecture‑Engineering (AE) team to provide full‑life‑cycle professional consulting services for a new 72,500 sq ft National Guard Readiness Center in Mitchell, SD. The effort includes planning, programming, design development, and construction administration for a project with a $62.9 M construction budget.
