Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide printing services for two jackets, 450-294 and 450-319. The contractor will be responsible for printing 2000 looseleaf sheets and 500 pamphlets. The printing must meet Quality Level 3 standards, and the contractor must provide proofreading and proofing services to ensure the final product is in conformity with the copy submitted. The delivery is due by 01/05/2026, and the contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must print 250 of each item for Jacket 450-294, with a total of 1,500 items.
• The contractor must print 500 copies of Jacket 450-319, with a staple ULC.
• The contractor must use Four Color Process, no bleeds, and print double-sided, head-to-head, landscape for Jacket 450-319.
• The contractor must pack the products to ensure no damage occurs during transit, using spacers if necessary.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
