Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking bids for construction equipment rental services. The contractor will provide equipment rental services to the California State Prison, Solano, located at 2100 Peabody Road, Vacaville, CA 95687. The contract term is expected to be approximately 857 days, with an estimated end date of June 30, 2028. The contractor will be compensated based on the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which includes all labor, personnel, transportation, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services.
• The contractor must meet all qualifications and licensing requirements at the time of bid opening.
• The contractor must provide a completed Bidder Acknowledgement/Certification form (OBS 300) and Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet.
• The contractor must submit a signed copy of all pages of the Contractor Certification Clause (CCC).
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid complies with all requirements.
• The contractor must provide a commercially useful function and perform a distinct element of the work.
• The contractor must not be a tax delinquent and must meet all other requirements specified in the IFB.
