Moriah Wind System (MWS) and Digital Wind System (DWS) supplies and services INTRODUCTION

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to negotiate a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) contract with Quality Performance, Inc. (QPI) for Moriah Wind System (MWS) and Digital Wind System (DWS) supplies and services. The contract will include system repair, system upgrade, technical data, technical studies, and other services. QPI is the only authorized distributor in the United States for the DWS and MWS Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Aeronautical & General Instruments Limited of Dorset UK (AGI). Key aspects of the opportunity include: • System repair and maintenance • System upgrade and technical services • Technical data and studies • Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages mitigation strategies • Installation and checkout (INCO) spares • Testing and engineering services • Refurbishment and storage services • Travel and hardware/software procurement The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
