Market Survey for Janitorial Services for Consolidated Janitorial Services at various locations throughout the Miami District to include the state of Florida, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands (USVI)

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Market Survey to identify capable sources for providing janitorial services at various locations throughout the Miami District, including the state of Florida, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform janitorial services as specified in the attached Statement of Work. The services include waste and recycle receptacle maintenance, policing grounds, surface dusting and cleaning, window and window covering cleaning, carpeted floor and tile maintenance, stairwell and elevator cleaning, restroom and locker room cleaning, and operational area cleaning. The contractor must also provide a Quality Control Plan, a work scheduling system, and daily task checklists. Some key responsibilities and requirements include: * Providing a Contract Manager who will be responsible for the performance of the work * Ensuring that all contractor employees are properly trained and supervised * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Complying with all FAA rules and regulations * Providing all necessary equipment and supplies * Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner * Coordinating with the COR to ensure that all work is completed to the satisfaction of the FAA * Providing a list of contractor-furnished items and services, including equipment, supplies, and personnel * Ensuring that all contractor employees are aware of and comply with all safety and security protocols.
