Description
The New York State Education Department is seeking a single vendor to operate the New York State Career and Technical Education Technical Assistance Center (NYS CTE TAC). The contractor will provide statewide technical assistance, develop and maintain a fully accessible web portal, deliver training and outreach, and produce quarterly and annual reports over a five‑year contract. Mandatory staffing includes a full‑time director, at least two center staff/program specialists, and five regionally‑based field staff covering all ten NYS economic‑development regions. The awardee must meet NYSED’s MWBE participation goals (17 % MBE, 13 % WBE) and submit detailed cost and technical proposals electronically by the November 21 2025 deadline.
• Operate the NYS CTE Technical Assistance Center, delivering technical assistance, resources, and training to secondary and post‑secondary CTE programs statewide.
• Design, develop, host, and maintain a new or enhanced CTE TAC website that complies with NYSED Web Accessibility standards.
• Provide a Year‑One work plan (month‑by‑month), quarterly performance reports, and ongoing program‑year deliverables for a five‑year term.
• Staff the contract with 1 Director, ≥2 Center Staff, and ≥5 field staff; ensure coverage of all ten NYS regions.
• Satisfy MWBE participation (30 % total) and submit required EEO‑100 staffing plans for all subcontractors.
• Submit all proposal components (Submission Documents, Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, M/WBE Documents) via NYSED’s HighQ portal by the deadline.
