Border Router Upgrades

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Monterey, CA is issuing a small‑business set‑aside RFQ for the purchase, delivery, and one‑year maintenance of Cisco Border Router equipment and associated software licenses. The solicitation calls for brand‑name (or equal) Cisco Catalyst 8500‑12X Edge Platform routers, power supplies, SFP modules, accessories, and multiple DNA subscription and support licenses. Vendors must be OEMs, authorized dealers, or distributors and must provide OEM warranty and documentation of authorized distribution status. Delivery is FOB destination to NRL’s address, with a required system delivery within 90 days of award and a one‑year period of performance for support services. Evaluation will be based on “Lowest Price Technically Acceptable” (LPTA).
