Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

No contract value is disclosed, but similar VDOT hazardous‑waste pump‑and‑haul contracts typically range from a few hundred thousand to several hundred thousand dollars annually, depending on volume and frequency of calls. Assuming moderate usage across three counties, a reasonable estimate would be roughly $200,000 to $500,000 per year for the services contracted.
