This municipal project entails the rehabilitation of the West Point Creek (WPC) influent structure and Battery A grit handling facilities, with a design change adding two new 4‑inch grit lines that will run from the proposed Grit Handling Building to the existing underground tunnel. The addendum is binding and must be referenced on the proposal, indicating that the original RFP specifications remain in effect aside from this modification. Bidders must incorporate the new design details shown on sheet C7.0 and submit proposals according to the original RFP schedule. • Scope: civil/utility construction – influent structure repair, grit system upgrades, and new pipe installation. • Design change: addition of two 4‑inch grit lines connecting to existing tunnel. • Contract: City of Flint, Michigan public works; requires compliance with all original RFP terms plus this addendum.
