On-Call Utilities Engineering Services

The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications from highly qualified firms to provide on-call, concierge utilities engineering services. The selected firm will provide services such as embedded staff for engineering reviews, coordinate land use and site plan reviews, review performance and warranty bonds, and provide technical assistance. The contract will be for two years, with an option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The City is looking for a firm with experience in utilities engineering and a strong understanding of local regulations. Some of the key tasks include: • Act as embedded staff for engineering reviews of site plans and engineering plans • Coordinate land use and site plan reviews for technical completeness • Review of performance, warranty and maintenance bonds • Provide sufficiency, technical completeness, and redline reviews • Prepare a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) • Conduct Stormwater Tree Canopy Mapping • Provide assistance with the Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit Annual Report and Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) • Utilities construction inspection services The City is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington-certified Minority, Disadvantaged, and Women's Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
