Fiduciary Services for Office of Sustainability

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide fiduciary, accounting, and administrative services in support of community programming for the Office of Sustainability. The selected contractor will be responsible for establishing and managing a segregated account for funding, disbursing funds, preparing monthly financial status reports, and soliciting bids from vendors. The contract term will be for two years, with the possibility of renewal. • The contractor will provide fiduciary services, including accounting and administrative support, to the Office of Sustainability. • The contractor will establish and manage a segregated account for funding and disburse funds in accordance with the City of Detroit's approved budget. • The contractor will prepare monthly financial status reports and submit them to the Director of the Office of Sustainability. • The contractor will solicit bids from vendors and manage financial transactions and reporting requirements. • The contractor will meet with the Office of Sustainability monthly to review progress and discuss relevant issues.
