Solicitation for U.S. Mission Geneva Official Vehicle insurance

The U.S. Mission in Geneva invites proposals for official vehicle insurance coverage. The contractor will provide third-party liability insurance for all U.S. Government-owned official vehicles and motorcycles. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with options to extend. The contractor must provide a price proposal, technical proposal, and completed representations and certifications. The Government intends to award a contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. • The contract requires the contractor to provide insurance coverage for 25 official passenger vehicles, 6 official delivery and facility vehicles, and 1 motorcycle. • The contractor must provide a representative for daily administration of the contract. • The contractor must submit monthly and semi-annual reports on the status of vehicles and accidents. • The contractor must provide evidence of required licenses and permits. • The contractor must have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics.
