Holiday Lighting and Decoration Services

The City of El Mirage is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide holiday lighting and decoration services for various city facilities and locations. The services will include design, installation, maintenance, and removal of seasonal decorations. The contract period will be for an initial term of three years with the option for two one-year extensions. The city has budgeted a maximum amount of $40,000 for holiday decorations for Fiscal Year 2027. The selected vendor must demonstrate experience in similar projects and the ability to deliver high-quality, safe, and visually appealing holiday displays. Some key points to note include: • A cohesive holiday theme, including coordinated colors for lighting, statues, and decorations • Site-specific design concepts for Gateway Park/City Hall and Bill Gentry Park/Courtyard • Description of interactive and experiential elements, such as lighting displays, walkthrough structures, photo areas, or statues • Detailed quantities of proposed decorations, including but not limited to the number of trees and light poles to be decorated, the number of light strands per tree or pole, and the types and quantities of decorations, statues, and photo installations.
