Vicenza Catholic Priest Services

The US Army is seeking a Catholic Priest to provide comprehensive Catholic Liturgical Ministry support for the USAG-Italy Vicenza Military Community. The contract will be for a period of one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. The priest will be required to provide daily and weekly mass, sacrament of reconciliation, sacrament of baptism, sacrament of matrimony, and emergency anointing of the sick. The priest must have an active ecclesiastical endorsement from the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The priest will be required to work at the Vicenza Military Community Chapel. • The priest must have a strong understanding of Catholic doctrine and practices. • The priest must be able to provide spiritual guidance and support to the military community. • The priest must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
