CMAR Services Crown Overtown - NW 9th Street Transformation

The Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency (SEOPW CRA) is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide pre-construction services and potentially construction services for the Crown Overtown - NW 9th Street Transformation project. The selected CMAR firm should have a proven track record of experience in building public outdoor spaces and streetscape improvements similar to the projected Crown Overtown. • The CMAR firm will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, including design and construction planning. • The firm should have experience in building successful and functional public spaces under a CMAR model. • The SEOPW CRA values a CMAR firm that is a leader in the construction industry. • The project requires the CMAR firm to have a contractors license, insurance, and to meet other general requirements.
