Insulation Services T&M

The University of Akron is seeking proposals for insulation services on a time and materials basis. The contractor will be required to provide labor, equipment, and materials for general maintenance and repair work, alterations, and construction. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. The university reserves the right to award the contract to one or multiple vendors. • The contractor must have experience in servicing various commercial/industrial accounts in the trade category listed. • The contractor must be able to document satisfactory experience in the trade category listed. • The contractor must be able to provide sufficient skilled tradesmen, equipment, and materials to accomplish various jobs or projects concurrently. • The contractor must be able to respond to the needs of the university on both an emergency and routine basis.
