Shelf Stocking, Receiving/Storage/Holding Area (RSHA), and Custodial Services at the Memphis NSA Commissary

The Defense Commissary Agency is seeking a contractor to provide shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA), and custodial services at the Memphis NSA Commissary. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform the required tasks. The contract will have a base period of 12 months, with four one-year option periods. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services in a retail grocery or large-scale commissary environment. • The contractor will be responsible for shelf stocking, including overwrites between 0% and 4%. • The contractor will be responsible for RSHA operations, including offloading, transporting, segregating, and storing merchandise. • The contractor will be responsible for custodial services, including general cleaning and sanitation, floor care, deep cleaning, and safety and supply management. • The contractor must have a quality control plan in place to ensure that all tasks are performed in accordance with the performance work statement. • The contractor must have a staffing plan in place to ensure that all tasks are performed with the required personnel and equipment.
