Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs is soliciting for Boiler Plant Safety Testing services. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government in terms of price and other considered factors. This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
