On-Call Sign Design, Maintenance, and Installation Services

The City of Palm Desert is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call sign design, maintenance, and installation services for a term of three years, with optional two one-year extensions. The services will include design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of interior and exterior signs. The selected vendor will support the City of Palm Desert with ongoing and project-based signage needs across various City-owned facilities, streets, parks, and rights-of-way. • Design and production of new signage • Installation of new and replacement signs • On-call inspection and maintenance • Repairs, refurbishments, and removals as needed • Compliance with applicable codes, accessibility standards, and City brand guidelines
