Description
The Fermi Research Alliance, LLC is seeking a commercial, single award contract for bulk diesel fuel delivery services at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF) in Lead, South Dakota. The contract will have a base term and three option years. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering #2 ultra-low sulfur off-road diesel fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and lithium grease tubes. The contractor will also provide two 1,500-gallon above-ground diesel fuel tanks, pumps, and associated equipment. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including environmental and safety regulations.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Delivering diesel fuel, DEF, and lithium grease tubes on a regularly scheduled basis
• Providing two 1,500-gallon above-ground diesel fuel tanks and pumps
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Providing trained staff with necessary equipment and supplies
• Maintaining accurate records and providing reports as required.
