Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Governance, Management, and Implementation Support

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from contractors to support the development of an enterprise-wide artificial intelligence (AI) governance framework. The framework will enable the VA to responsibly adopt, scale, and oversee AI technologies in a manner consistent with federal law, policy, and the best interests of Veterans and VA personnel. The contractor will provide a multidisciplinary team capable of managing the full lifecycle of AI use case review, regulatory compliance tracking, stakeholder engagement, data pipeline management, and governance product development. The team will also assess the VA's enterprise AI landscape, prioritize investments, and drive scalable AI adoption across the VA.
