The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking a design-build vendor to install solar PV systems at various sites across New York City. The project involves designing, procuring, installing, constructing, and commissioning solar PV systems, as well as performing roof repair work where applicable. The vendor will be required to provide a statement of qualifications, including information on their experience, team members, and approach to the project. • The project will be conducted in two phases, with the first phase involving the submission of a statement of qualifications and the second phase involving the submission of a proposal. • The vendor will be required to provide insurance information and to comply with the Iran Divestment Act. • The project is expected to start on September 1, 2026, and to be completed by August 31, 2029. • The vendor will be required to attend a pre-proposal conference, which will be held virtually on December 15, 2025.
